Return & Exchange Policy

Your contentment with our product is not just a validation of our efforts but fuels our purpose. We do hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can choose to exchange or return it for an alternative item, or receive a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The leather bag must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Process for Returning

Contact our customer service department at blackandbrownleathers@gmail.com to initiate the return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the bag back to us.

3. Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • If preferred, customers can opt for a store credit instead of a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made leather bags are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your leather bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Allow up to 10 working days for your return or exchange to be processed. This may be delayed during busy periods.
  • Please be aware that refunds will not include Gift Wrap.
  • We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalized or engraved unless the product is faulty.
  • International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.
  • Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.
